OPEN AND CLEAR STRATEGY AND RIGHT CHANNELS INCREASE EMPLOYEE UNDERSTANDING
The agency realised a successful internal communication project targeting employees and sales force that kicked-off, supported and speeded up the radical process of ČP transformation, increased understanding of individual areas of changes and the new direction of ČP. The aim of the transformation included changing the company culture in favour of higher dynamics and effectiveness of the sales force, enhancing the company’s market position and the new ČP was seen by both clients and employees as an innovative leader in the area of insurance. The recommended strategy and selected communication channels were effective and brought important results in very short space of time. The most important result was increased employee engagement and motivation (from 57% to 74%) and increased brand ambassadors (up to 70% of employees) all of which increased competitive advantage for ČP.
