Despite difficult property market conditions, astute Public Relations resulted in creating sales, as well as a valuable media and public image for Kajetanka. The relentless PR campaign resulted in over 250 potential buyers visited the sales office within 3 months of the launch, sales target was over achieved, the project was given the title ‚Best Development in the Czech Republic in the 2010 Luxury Lifestyle Awards (and other two awards in 2011). The agency has also created a valuable media and public image for Kajetanka which will benefite future relationships with municipal authorities and residents, and ultimately also the people who have already moved in and live in the apartments on the site.
