Hop on a train, explore some nature. Even in rain, you’ll enjoy the adventure.
Coming up with rhymes and composing a story from them is not easy. This discipline of word play is called Slam Poetry, and is similar to freestyle rap and even more similar to poetry itself. It requires expert phrasing, rhythm in speech, a smooth flow of words, and even more. There is even a Czech championship for slam poetry. Contestants can participate in “slammer” battles that take place in bars all over the Czech Republic. They’re really fun!
This type of entertainment fits perfectly into our Czech Railways campaign for the younger generation. We called in the best of the best – slammer and rapper Constantin Metoděj, who slams out rhymes like a boss.
