Google celebrated its second year of the Crystal Pin in Czech Republic, and we were right there with them
The Crystal Pin is a program initiated by Google’s Czech representation that aims to recognise the best of the region’s castles and châteaux, based on Google Maps searches and visitor reviews, as well as to celebrate excellence in hospitality & tourism at these historic sites.
Havas PR celebrated with Google for a second year in a row as they helped people see the country – and Google itself, from a new perspective.
The Crystal Pin award is an opportunity for us to show people Google from a new perspective. As a company that helps people discover the beauties of our country.
Classic PR tools were used to answer Google’s brief. We also brought in influencer Eliška Hudcová, who promoted the award on her social networks as well as in traditional media.
Winners included well-known destinations such as Prague Castle, Karlštejn, and Český Krumlov, as well as regional treasures like Hradec nad Moravicí, Telč, or Děčín.
The campaign scored but with coverage in 125 media output. We’re already looking forward to next year.
